6:05 p.m. Ozzfest. the line up is so solid. I hella want to go. i want to go with a bunch of people though. Jeff, Wayne, Jared, Andrew. that would be awsome. Andrew and metal. "sing your German opera now bitch." or something to that affect. so i called fucking Raley's back. those fuckers, apparently they're so desprate for workers that they can afford to forget to call people back. its retarted because if they did call me when they got the drug test results in i'd be working right now. oh well though. i'm looking forward to Wayne's birthday. that'll be great. I dunno about Jazmine though, its been a long time since i've seen her i'm affraid thing will be really different. i probably shouldnt worry. i saw the new "X-men: Last stand" movie. its alright i guess. not as good as the first two, thats for sure. the guy who played Beast was really good, he should have been in more of the movies. the girl who played Shadow Cat was great, she did a good job. from what i saw from the movie and heard from other people, it combines the Phenoix Saga storyline from the regular marvel universe with the "Cure" storyline from the Ultimate X-men series, which was marvels attempts to "reboot" the universe for new readers. a bad idea in my opinion, but i guess sales are good for the Ultimate titles so... whatever. it was all really rushed because so much was going on, the fight scenes were alright, most were pretty quick. the end hinted at the possibility for 3189456 sequals. but i think this is supposed to be the last one so they ended it... comically? so i guess its not really the end then. there was a preview for "Ghost Rider" starring Nicholas Cage. that looks like a really good movie. the story isnt too bad, but the acting is great. apparently Cage is a fan of comics and is a loyal reader of the Ghost Rider series, so he already knows the back story it was like, he was born to play his favorite hero. plus its Nicholas Cage, he was in Con Air and that was a fucking sweet movie. they need to do an Avengers live action movie. that'd be hexa tight. or better yet, just do a movie based on the short cross over series, "The Secret Wars," and follow it very closely, and BAM instant blockbuster. i mean, you've got all the good villians, Doc Ock, Dr. Doom, Galactus, Absorbing Man... and all of the popular good guys, Captain America, Iron Man, Wolverine, Spider Man, most of the Fantastic Four... i mean, its just such a good idea. i'm gonna go to Target now... umm... perhaps i'll write mo. how fucking scary is this? this is found on the wikipedia when you search for "Omen." During the course of filming, the production was plagued with a series of "curses", which the crew suggested were perhaps supernatural forces trying to prevent the filming of the movie. Such "curses" included: the plane for scriptwriter David Seltzer was struck by lightning; Richard Donner's hotel was bombed by the Provisional IRA; Gregory Peck canceled a flight to Israel, only for the plane he'd chartered to crash, killing all on board; a warden at the safari park used in the "crazy baboon" scene being attacked and killed by a lion the day after the crew left, and, on the first day of shooting, the principal members of the crew survived a head-on car crash. But perhaps the most shocking incident affected the special effects artist behind the decapitation sequence in the film. John Richardson was driving in Holland while filming A Bridge Too Far when he was involved in a car crash in which his travelling companion was " cut almost in half and died instantly". The insinuation being that it was like the scene from the film and most chilling of all it happened next to a mile post indicating they were 66.6km outside the town of Ommen. thats 34498573495903475353658365389653057 times scarrier than what happend during the filiming of the "Passion of the Christ." in the words of Peter Griffin, "god is pissed!" dont make religious movies. ever.
