its alive!

so, since i wrote last night and i'm writing now it can be concluded that i'll continue writing in this online chronical of my day to day affairs. doesnt that sound kind of sexy? day to day affairs. its like i'm going to be "screwing" a different girl every day.

i'm just going to write about my most recent aquisition toward my collection of starwars stuff. i got the Toys R Us exclusive Dagobah X-Wing. it was pretty cool. They had a lot of them though, so its not as rare as it has been speculated as being. their may have been at least 40 at the pinole store. i also tried using my old TRU discount card, it no longer works, I thought as much, but still i was sort of hoping it would work. anyway, along with the X-wing i bought 2 senate guards so i have 1 mint on card (here after refered to as MOC). and 2 other revenge of the sith era clone troopers. before all of that however, i scored a Target exclusive collectors Darth Vader and Count Dooku's light saber. i like the Vader figure its packaged very well and will not be opened. I'm not so sure about the X-wing however. I love the packaging but at the same time i dont have an X-wing so i want to open it. i wont do it today. maybe in the future but not today. oh, the pinole toys r us also has a lot of the clone wars deccoration (Deco) Gunship. its okay i guess, but i already have a gunship, and its 40 dollars i dont really want to spend on another one. its painted like old school world war 2 era planes, tiger stripes and a shark face on the nose of the plane. its a beautiful peice but also unnecessary.

a few things i'm looking forward to later this year are the driod federation tank which should be only 20 bucks, and a bunch of basic figures due later this year. Hasbro is also re-releasing the imperial shuttle, by far one of THE best ships in the saga. it'll only be at Target and retail for around 60ish, a lot better than its first release at 120 dollars and only available at FAO Schwartz stores.
